Villa Ospo was designed by architect John Russell Pope for Club member Walter Jennings of the Standard Oil Company. The Cottage is a blend of Spanish Eclectic and Italian Renaissance. The intimate courtyard and large terraced garden offer ideal settings for outdoor weddings, while the Great Room provides a perfect space for receptions and other gatherings.
Rental Fee
$3,500, includes interior & exterior access
Rental fees are applicable to seven-hour events, and a $500 deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due one month prior to the event date.
Occupancy
Occupancy is dependent on the portion of the venue rented.
