Volunteer

Volunteers are the heart and soul of Jekyll Island Authority operations, and are utilized within the Mosaic, Jekyll Island Museum, Georgia Sea Turtle Center, and Conservation department. Without these dedicated individuals, staff would be unable to fulfill their daily duties. Volunteers are regularly needed to support education, conservation, and stewardship of Jekyll Island’s natural and historic resources.

Volunteer applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis in advance of our volunteer orientations. Please note if you submit an application, it has been received, but you won’t be contacted until there is an opening for our next volunteer orientation.
