The Jekyll Island Authority offers an online system for managing your JIA utilities – water, sewer, and trash. This system allows you to perform a litany of services on your account, including:

  • View history & usage
  • Make payments & sign-up for recurring payments
  • Connect with customer service and submit service orders
  • Update contact information
  • View utility messages & notes

Water and Wastewater Billing & Fees

  • Bills are sent monthly by the 26th of each month and payment is due by the 15th of the following month.
  • Bills not paid by the due date are subject to shut off with no further notice.
  • On June 19, 2018, the Jekyll Island Board of Directors approved a 4% sewer fee increase, effective July 1, 2018. Customers will begin seeing this increase in their August 2018 bill.
