The experts from Southern Living will take to the stage with cooking demonstrations, lifestyle presentations, and other surprises throughout the weekend. Southern Living Pavilion Featured Talent

Mary Elizabeth Davis

Mary Elizabeth Davis is the Managing Editor of Southern Living where she leads brand operations across multiple platforms and oversees the production of editorial content. She is the liaison between the editorial and art teams, which, in her mind, is where her type-a, uber-organized personality meets her creative free spirit. Additionally, she works closely with the advertising and marketing teams to execute innovative editorial partnerships.

Mary Elizabeth is a formally trained calligrapher and seamstress. She’s a self-proclaimed project-junkie and will attempt to DIY just about any and everything.

She lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband, Evan, and 2-year old little boy, Hobbs.

Rebecca Lang

Rebecca Lang is a food writer, cooking instructor, television personality, and a ninth-generation Southerner. Born and raised in South Georgia, she is the author of several cookbooks, including her most recent title, The Southern Vegetable Book (Oxmoor House, April 2016).

Rebecca and her cooking have been featured in national, regional, and local TV programming. In addition to serving as a contributing editor for Southern Living, Rebecca has appeared in over 50 televised Southern Living segments and writes a blog which has been featured on the James Beard Foundation Blog.

Rebecca resides in Athens, Georgia, with her husband, Kevin, and their children, Camden and Adair.

Jennifer Hill Booker

Jennifer Hill Booker is a classically trained chef, graduating with honors from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Paris, France, where she earned her Base de Cuisine certificate. Chef’s cookbook, Field Peas to Foie Gras: Southern Recipes with a French Accent is now available at
