Shrimp & Grits: The Wild Georgia Shrimp Festival is proud to have chefs Stefanie Donegan and Steve Ingersoll presenting cooking demonstrations of their great shrimp & grits dishes.
Chef Steve Ingersoll graduted from the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont. He is currently a chef/instructor at the Coastal Georgia College in Kingsland, Ga.. Chef Ingersoll will host a cooking demonstration Saturday from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Chef Stephanie Donegan, the cooking star of “Raising Alabama,” will also demonstrate preparation of an outstanding shrimp & grits recipe from her newest southern soul food cookbook, Living a Life of Southern Soul. The demonstration begins at 3:00 on Sunday.
