The Jekyll Island Authority Board celebrated the official opening of new island bike path extensions during its monthly board meeting Monday. Held on the recently-completed marsh overlay bike path on Riverview Drive, the ribbon cutting ceremony marked further evidence of revitalization and continued progress on the island.
